7268 perrenials and grasses One of the guidelines for the project was to find best location for house. The choice was to place it in the northern part of the area and use the existing pine trees as a background and direct neighborhood wrapping the future house.
Thanks to this, we have the advantage of tall trees on the exit, north and east sides, while keeping the sunny
deck facing the south and open for view for existing grove and planned group of platns.

hills planted trees and high bushes.
From home, he leads several paths towards the pond and the pavilion on the hill. The road leading to the pavilion is winding on the slope between groups of shrubs and naturalistc looking perennials and ornamental grasses. The glazed pavilion located next to the birch forest has a large terrace on the south with a view of the pond and the surrounding area.

September 2023 - DESIGN Planned trees will hide the neighboring buildings so that they will be invisible from the terrace near the house, the pavilion and the arbors arranged in the area or the deck on the pond.
Existing trees will be enriched with bushes, forest perennials and ground cover plants. Some trunks will covered with climbing plants. Besides planned gazebos, the pavilion in the forest part, places for benches there is also a multifunctional pitch, a place for a sculpture or a water element, a place for fire on the pond beech and a place for hammocks under the birch crowns.

September 2023 - DESIGN The old house area would be changed into utilitie part of the residence. In the central part there is a shed with guest rooms on the first floor. A greenhouse and a vegetable garden are planned on the north side near the road. The orchard, however, is located in the north -west part of the plot and will separate the space from the neighboring fields.
